FREDERICKTOWN - Police and Knox County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an alarm at the Fredericktown Veterinary Clinic late Tuesday night where a subject was apprehended exiting the business.
Fredericktown Police Chief Roger Brown said at 10:22 pm officers were dispatched to the Fredericktown Veterinary Clinic on an alarm. Prior to their arrival, information was received that a male was observed inside the business.
Once officers and deputies arrived on the scene, a male was observed exiting the building. The subject was apprehended and identified as Ryan Glass, 28, of Fredericktown. Chief Brown credits the apprehension to the multiple agency response that gave officers ability to secure the perimeter of the business.
Glass was arrested on a probation violation and is currently being held at the Knox County Jail. The case was sent to the Knox County Prosecutor’s Office for review, Brown said.
In February, Glass was charged with domestic violence and menacing.
