Suspicious persons on Arrowhead Dr.
On 3-28-17, An abandoned vehicle was reported to the MVPD.
The vehicle was located in the area of 307 Wooster Rd. It was reported
to be a red 2000 Volkswagen with Ohio license plate number GZP5050,
On 3-28-17, an officer responded to the 500 block of N. Main St. in reference to found property. No other information is available. The
On 3-28-17, an officer responded to Kroger at 855 Coshocton Ave. in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Upon arrival the officer made contact
with the suspect in the Kroger security office. The complainant said he observed the suspect select a Bluetooth speaker worth $21.34, from a
shelf and conceal it under his jacket. The suspect then proceeded to leave the store and pass the last point of sale where he was stopped. The
suspect was issued a summons for petty theft and advised of his court date. The property was returned to Kroger.
On 3-28-17, an employee at a business on Coshocton reported a shoplifting incident. The employee stated he stopped a male after he attempted to leave the store with unpaid merchandise. The employee stated he recovered the merchandise, a DVD and 4 LED lights, from the suspect, who admitted stealing the merchandise. The suspect was issued a summons for petty theft and released.
On 3-29-17, a suspicious vehicle on Coshocton Ave. was reported to the MVPD. A “blunt” and a glass pendant with marijuana were found inside the car. No other information available at this time.
On 3-29-17, A theft was reported at a business on Coshocton Ave. The complainant told police that a male suspect was walking around the store concealing items in his clothing. A Mr. Torch butane torch package was recovered from the suspect. The male suspect was located, issued a summons for criminal mischief and released.
On 3-29-17, an officer responded to a business on Coshocton Ave. in reference to a shoplifting complaint. The officer spoke to the store associate told the officer a female and male suspect took several items without paying for them. The associate showed the officer a surveillance video. The officer was able to identify the suspects. They were located and each one was issued a summons.
On 3-30-17, deputies were dispatched to the Dollar General on N. Sandusky St. on a trespass complaint. Brittany Cosner was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. The complainant was informed a report would be written for documentation.
