On 4-17-17, units were dispatched to the area of Life Point Church and E. Vine St. in reference to a fight. One individual, Rachel Hays, was arrested for possession of drug base instruments; a hypodermic syringe with some blood. The investigation continues.

On 4-17-17, an officer was dispatched to a Marion St. address on a report of criminal trespass. The complainant told the officer her daughter was at complainant's home and would not leave. She had been asked three times to leave and she wouldn't. The officer identified the daughter as Holly Daniels. Daniels was arrested for criminal trespass and transported to the Knox County Jail where she was incarcerated. Charges were filed.


On 2-14-17, Andrew Newcomb, 32, W. Sugar St. was arrested for theft.

On 4-16-17, Kent Kegley, 38, Prospect St., was cited for no exhaust system.

On 4-17-17, Chad Ousley, 40, Lansing MI. was arrested for driving under the influence and a headlight violation.

On 4-17-17, Paul Horn, 35, Sharp Rd. was cited for running a stop sign.

On 4-17-17, Stephen Deshong, 30, S.McKenzie St. was arrested and cited for driving under an FRA suspension and having fictitious license plates. He was also charged with 1 count of marijuana possession and possession of drug abuse instruments.

On 4-17-17, Todd Latham, 45, Scott Rd. was cited for no operator's license.

On 4-17-17, Rachel Hays, 34, E. Burgess St. was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments.

On 4-17-17, Holly Daniels, 25, Follin Ave. was arrested and charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and criminal trespass.
