The National Weather Service office in Cleveland says Knox County is included in a Flood Watch beginning Thursday at 1 a.m. through Thursday morning. Neighboring counties affected include Morrow and Richland.
Moderate to heavy rain is expected from 1 a.m. overnight through Thursday morning. The ground is already saturated so the expected 1 to 2 inches of additional rainfall may cause some flooding.
A flood watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts.
