At 12:55 p.m. on Friday, Renee D. Custer, 32, of Howard was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was taken to the Knox County Jail.
At 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, a victim reported that someone had used her identify to open a Dish TV account. She requested a report to document the incident.
At 12:50 p.m. on Sunday, two bullet holes were reported at Willow Grove Advent Christian Church in Centerburg. The pastor requested a report be made to document the incident.
At 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, a victim reported that someone had forced entry and burglarized his residence on the 400-block of Baldwin Drive in Howard sometime since October 1, 2015. The only things that appeared to be missing were bottles of wine and liquor.
At 7:50 a.m. on Monday, a complainant reported that an unknown person had walked around Shearer Equipment on Harcourt Road, possibly attempting to gain access to the victim, sometime between 12:00 p.m. on Saturday and 7:10 a.m. on Monday. The power had been interrupted over the weekend as well. The electric meter cover had been removed and footprints led to the meter and around the building. A deputy advised the victim to contact the electric provider to ensure that the meter was undamaged. A report was made to document the incident.
At 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported that someone had entered his residence on the 11900-block of Mill Street in Howard uninvited, spoken with him briefly, and then left. The area was patrolled and video footage of the individual was viewed at the local residence.
