CLEVELAND - The FBI and other law enforcement agencies are now offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest of Steve W. Stephens. He is wanted by Cleveland Police and the FBI for his alleged involvement in the murder of an elderly man in Cleveland on Easter Sunday. The man, 74-year old Robert Godwin, Sr. was walking along a street when he was shot. The murder was shown on Facebook live. The video was taken by the shooter on his cellphone.

Stephens may be driving a white, four-door 2017 Ford Fusion with temporary Ohio tags E363630. He has ties to Euclid and Cleveland, Ohio.

Stephens has a full beard with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a dark blue and gray or black striped polo shirt.

Stephens should be considered armed and dangerous.
