FREDERICKTOWN - The American Red Cross is partnering with Thrall Lodge #170 by having a blood drive on Saturday, June 27, from 9am-3pm at 16 East Sandusky Street in Fredericktown. The Lodge is hosting the event and is also serving a delicious pancake breakfast. The breakfast will be from 9am-12pm. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to donate and dine!
The summer months can be difficult due to an increase in injuries. Please take some time out this Saturday to donate. The lives you save could be your neighbor, friend, or even family. All blood types are needed to ensure a reliable supply for our patients. Please remember to drink extra fluids and get enough rest before donating. A blood donor card or driver’s license or two other forms of identification are required at check-in. Individuals who are 17 years of age (16 with parental consent), weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate blood. To schedule an appointment or for more information simply download the American Red Cross Blood Donor App, visit redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).Walk-ins are welcome!
