MOUNT VERNON - 11 musical acts, two stages, food trucks, local (OH/NC) craft beer and wine, kids activities—all on an 85-acre family farm. The event is this Saturday, September 19, 2015.
Ohiolina is a celebration of the music and culture rooted in the I-77 corridor from Ohio to North Carolina—two states with similar histories and each with unique contributions to the arts. Ohiolina is an intentional, creative, and educational festival highlighting our region’s most beloved traditions. Listen to the music of the region, a masterful combination of folk, rock and bluegrass. Taste regionally inspired food and drink from local food trucks and breweries. Experience family activities from arts/crafts to the Science-Play Initiative. Shop unique vendors or just relax on a beautiful 85-acre family farm.
A portion of the proceeds from each ticket benefits The Ohiolina Music Scholarship Fund, an arts and music education fund with the Community Foundation of Mount Vernon and Knox County.
