UPDATE WEDNESDAY EVENING: The Knox County Prosecutor's Office reported Mr. Boucher has been found and is in the Knox County Jail. Ratcliff is still eluding authorities.
MOUNT VERNON - The Knox County Prosecutor's Office is asking for your help in locating two wanted suspects. Simon M. Boucher, 32, of Mount Vernon was indicted for two counts of Aggravated Robbery and one count of Kidnapping, all first-degree felonies, and an additional count of Kidnapping and two counts of Felonious Assault, all second-degree felonies. Travis L. Ratcliff, 35, of Mount Vernon was indicted for Complicity to all of these charges. The victim alleges that Boucher and Ratcliff bound and beat him for several hours with a crowbar before letting him go. The victim’s ribs were broken and he had several items and cash stolen from him.

Boucher is 6’2 and approximately 185 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. In addition to the tattoos shown he also has a full sleeve on his left arm.
Ratcliff is 5’6 and approximately 130 lbs. He has red hair and blue eyes. He has a tiger tattooed on his left shoulder, “Irish Pride” on his right leg, and a cross on his right shoulder.
